Finding the best Roblox shooter games to play can be tough if you don’t know where to look. While this list doesn’t contain every single game on Roblox worth playing, there are a bunch of fun ones here. And I made sure to include a variety depending on what you’re looking for.
Since it is Roblox after all, I’ve also included the age rating for each game too. You’ll find mostly ages 9+ and 13+ which is common when you have more violent games or ones with weapons at least.
Typical Colors 2

Typical Colors 2 is a heavily inspired take on Team Fortress 2. While Team Fortress 2 is free and you could potentially just go play that, Typical Colors 2 is still a fun version of it. For those unfamiliar, this is a class-based FPS focusing on objective modes. Examples include pushing a payload/cart, king of the hill, attacking capture points, and more.
Rivals

Rivals is a competitive shooter with several modes for dueling even though I’m more fond of the 5v5 mode. I like the somewhat slower time to kill compared to other games in this list. Even though it has a couple of odd weapons thrown in like a Scythe for dashing and a Katana to deflect projectiles.
Entrenched

Entrenched is a WWI game with classes, terraforming, and a whole lot of attacking back and forth. It’s one of my favorites because of the terraforming and building you can do as an Engineer. Sometimes I just want to dig a tunnel or place sandbags for my team to use as cover. Entrenched matches run for a long time and there are high-player servers so it’s easy to hop in for a moment if you’re light on time.
Centaura

Centaura is another great World War game similar to Entrenched but this one is more immersive. Due to the higher age rating, there is some gore around explosions. Regardless, it also revolves around classes, objectives, and large-scale action. Unlike the 40-player servers of Entrenched, Centaura can reach 70. Prepare for chaos as explosions ring your ears, dirt kicks up, and dark lighting builds the atmosphere.
Frontlines

Frontlines is a popular shooter with impressive graphics compared to what you’d normally find in Roblox. However, this also comes with it being tougher to run on low-performance devices. It plays similar to Call of Duty with a fast time to kill and stuff like kill cams. Even though there aren’t killstreaks like other games in this list. With that said, unlocking new gear and weapons can be grindy which may put some people off. Another cool FPS with great graphics is Riotfall.
Deadline

Deadline is a great FPS if you’re looking for a slower tactical approach. The weapon customization is advanced and in-depth but it can be intimidating at first. If you’ve ever heard of the tactical game Insurgency, this definitely plays similar to that. Just don’t go in expecting to run around chaotically and win. This is because of Deadline’s very quick time to kill which means you’ll drop fast.
Arsenal

Arsenal has been around Roblox for a while and is still popular since it’s a fun recreation of a well-known mode. Older gamers may be familiar with gun game which originated from Counter-Strike and has since appeared as a mode in many games. The concept is that you start with one weapon and for each kill you get, you’ll unlock a different one to use. Arsenal built on that concept with unique modes like snipers only, random weapons, laser tag, etc.
Michael’s Zombies

Michael’s Zombies is a good substitute if you’re looking to play Call of Duty Zombies but can’t. I haven’t played CoD Zombies in a long time to compare, but from what I played forever ago, it has many of the same mechanics. You’ll fight waves of zombies that get tougher the longer you stay alive. While earning points for each zombie you defeat that you can then spend on weapons and buffs. Or unlocking new areas to explore. Other popular zombie horde survival games include Zombie Uprising and Project Lazarus: Zombies.
Phantom Forces

Phantom Forces is a classic FPS but tough one to get the hang of. It has a low time to kill and a fast pace which suffers heavily from terrible respawns. This can make the game offputting especially if you’re a new player. But, it has a good variety of weapons and some basic customization. Unlocks are based on leveling up and getting kills with a weapon to get new attachments.
Gunfight Arena

Gunfight Arena is an arcadey FPS with killstreaks and a lot of dopamine via points and gold. Expect high kill numbers as you run into bots and non-stop action. One thing I like about Gunfight Arena is how cheap a lot of the weapons are. This makes it easier to try new ones without needing to grind heavily. However, I’m not big a fan of the gunplay compared to other games. Regardless, there are a few different modes like King of the Hill, Team Deathmatch, and Bounty; which is essentially kill confirmed.
